Daniel is an International Yoga Teacher and Movement Therapist, as well as a Manual Osteopath. He is certified as a Cranial sacral and Sound healing therapist also qualified in Reiki treatments, Ayurvedic massage and Chakra balancing. He has a Psychology degree from the University of Alberta and has completed his Doctorate of Manual Osteopathy from the National University of Medical Sciences in Madrid. He likes to describe his training as the balance of yin and yang where eastern holistic wisdom comes together with western scientific knowledge in different practices and therapies to serve the specific needs of individuals.
Venturing from his home in Canada, he first learned yoga in 1988 from a jolly yogi in Venares, India and he lived in Nepal working as a yoga therapist and teacher, and mountain guide very connected to the 5 Elements that form the conceptual foundation for his work. Since then he has continued on a lifestyle journey of travel; working, living, learning in Asia, the Middle East, South America and North Africa and on the way deepening his connection to the elements through yoga practice, qi gong, meditation, shamanic ceremony, plant medicine journeying and learning from many respected teachers to whom he is forever grateful.
Before turning to service as a therapist, Daniel spent 17 years as an aid worker, intermittently working on humanitarian emergencies for the United Nations and Non-government organizations while bringing up a family. He recognizes the challenges and often dysfunction of organizations noting the negative effect on people’s health when organizations and companies are not aligned with the wellness of their staff. He is specialized in helping those in need unpackage their issues, get to source and find balance. He comes from a place of first hand experience having himself worked in insecure environments and surviving trauma.

Emma is passionate about health, well being and the natural perfection of the human body. She has a solid base in science and evidence-based practice as a Physiotherapist (educated in Germany) and an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (DOMP). Her passion for Osteopathy began in 2004, in Germany where she worked in an Osteopathic clinic as a Physiotherapist specializing in manual therapy. After taking several courses in Cranial Sacral Therapy, Emma decided it was time to pursue her passion for osteopathy and completed her diploma as an osteopathic manual practitioner (DOMP).
Presently, Emma loves to work with clients that feel “stuck” in their healing. Clients who have chronic pain, fatigue, headaches, injury, trauma, stress, brain fog, trouble sleeping and are seeking improvement. Emma believes that pain is an opportunity for change, and through osteopathic techniques, cranial sacral therapy and manual therapy, the underlying cause can be addressed on a deep level.
In addition to her love of science, Emma is passionate about the mind, neuroscience, and the influence that one’s thoughts and emotions have on one’s healing journey. It is through her own dedication to meditation and spiritual practices that she brings her knowledge of mind, spirit, and osteopathy to the table in an artful form of “listening” to what the client’s body has to say. Through this merging of science and spirit, Emma finds her calling to guide others on their journey to health.
She feels honored to share this unique combination of holistic wellness practice.
Emma is a member of the Osteopathy Chronic Pain Clinics of Canada, and The Canadian Alliance for Alternative Medicine (ACMA).
